Welcome, I’m Aleks.

For over 20 years, I’ve been supporting women and families as a midwife. But after years of caring for others, I found myself struggling with anxiety and burnout. Traditional talk therapy didn’t bring the relief I was looking for, so I began exploring holistic ways to heal — and that journey changed everything.

Through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), I experienced profound emotional shifts and a renewed sense of calm. Inspired by my own transformation, I went on to study EFT professionally and later expanded my training to include Matrix Reimprinting, Reiki, and the use of essential oils. 

Today, I combine my clinical knowledge with these gentle yet powerful techniques to help you release stress, anxiety, and trauma — so you can regain control of your life, enhance your daily well-being and start thriving, just as I have.
